Founded in 1956 in Mount Vernon, NY, Vernon Devices, Inc.has been dedicated to the production of the highest quality High Speed Steel and Tungsten Carbide cutting tools. We have been located in our present facility in New Rochelle, NY since September of 1993.

Specializing in deburring, chamfering, countersinking and spotfacing tools we are recognized worldwide for our operation saving tools – the BURR-BIT and CHAM-BIT. The installation of these tools on a tap or drill respectively allows one to perform two machining operations simultaneously – either tapping and deburring or drilling and chamfering – vastly improving efficiency and greatly reducing costs.
